I have been unable to locate any site that has the ARC-5 Tech Manual
online. I got a copy on a CD-ROM on eBay and you can buy a copy of the
manual from several sources, like W7FG Manuals at http://www.w7fg.com/ or
The Raymond Sarrio Company at http://www.sarrio.com/. One reason it is
probably not online is that it is a large manual, 291 pages.

Bills (NJ7P) Ham Radio Server:
http://www.nj7p.org/cgi-bin/millist2?name=MT-7a&mode=normal
references the MT-7A/ARR-2 in his database:

Rack, MT-7A/ARR-2
JAN Type: MT-7A/ARR-2
Nomenclature: Rack
Reference: AN 08-10-195, NAVAER 08-5Q-95
Weight: 1.4
Size: 13-1/8 x 6 x 4-3/8
Part of: ARR-2, ARC-5
Description: The MT-7A Rack mounts the ARR-2 Radio Receiver or one ARC-5
Radio Receiver and provides connections for audio, power and control.
Source: TM 11-487A, 57
Manufacturer: Aircraft Radio Corporation

NJ7P's site has a wealth of information and some manuals online, but does
not appear to have the tech manuals in question. (Unless I am just not
looking in the right place on his site.)

I can find no record of an MT-6 in the equipment table, just the MT-7A/ARR-2
Rack for one receiver, which mounted on the MT-5/ARR-2 (shock) Mounting
Base.
