The standard single Rx rack for the ARC-5 set was shared with the ARR-2,
Todd. There were two variations of this rack that were widely deployed,
though the earlier MT-7 is fairly rare today. The difference between
the MT-7 and MT-7A was the introduction of the A-B switch and front
panel jacks on the -A model. I don't see any other difference, looking
at the two I have in the rig. I don't have a listing for an MT-6 - it
may have been a limited fielding prototype whose functionality was then
blended into the ARR-2 mount. The same thing still occurs today - when
two virtually identical items are recognized as such and someone sez,
"Why are we producing two of these suckers when one does the same
thing?" :-)
