The two pin jack on the receiver control head for 
the VHF SCR-274N and the AN/ARC-5 VHF sets is for 
connecting sidetone from the receiver rack 6-pin connector
to the receiver control head.  

In the early generations of SCR-274N and ATA, 
as well as the AN/ARC-5 transmitter racks, the 
small two-pin jack connects a meter that reads
the antenna current remotely.  This allowed the
radio tech to adjust equipment when he could not
see the antenna relay assembly.
