[Antennas] sealing coax

Two months ago I installed my Hustler 4BTV on the roof and sealed the coax using the materials and 
methods recommended by Jim W4THU at THE RADIO WORKS, with the final step being to add cold-shrink over 
the coax-seal and my recent inspection shows the cold shrink pealed away and the cracked coax-seal 
visible.

What would be the best method to use in resolving this? Should I just apply more cold-shrink or just add 
another layer of coax-seal?
