If it was me I think I would try the tuning without the T-4 and see what you get. I know it SHOULD be fine. The web page refers to as a 'current' type. I guess not knowing enough about it I would just remove the unknown factor and tune the antenna without it. If it tunes fine and you get your previous result after putting it back in, I'd question why. But at least you'd know the antenna was tuned.

I guess I left that out of my original message, I have a RadioWorks T-4 line isolator at the feed point. It is considered an UNUN.
Will update the group when I get things checked again after adjusting the radials. Right now I have NO low SWR point so I suspect the pigtails. I might have pulled one loose. Will check continuity and go from there.
