[Antennas] J-Pole antennas

There have been a few times when I have questioned some of the articles 
and postings by Tom W8JI, but after I spent more time considering what 
he said, he has invariably turned out to be right.  I've caught him in a 
couple of typos, but he graciously corrected them after they were 
pointed out.  He has a vast amount of experience with antennas, both 
theoretical and in the real world.

Perhaps Clete can explain the points where he disagrees with Tom's 
analysis of J-poles at

It all seems very logical and straightforward to me, and in agreement 
with my models.
