[Antennas] Emergency 80 meter dipole - choke balun

Quick - Going up tomorrow in some form - (today for those of you who aren't up late) - 

How many turns and how large for a 75 meter dipole at average of 35 ft using about 130 ft (not including choke balun) of RG213 and running full power.  Yes the feedline will be ON the ground running back mostly right under one leg.  Which leg is best???

8 turns at 8 inches ???  Seems like that sticks in what's left up there but don't remember if that was for 80 or some other band (IF that even matters).  

Also - about the wrap, is it better to be pretty as if it is on a form or is scramble wound OK and does it affect the inductance?
