[Antennas] NMO Covert Antenna

Is there anyone out there that makes a 19in antenna that hooks right to 
a NMO mount.  The Mount is already there and its the only mount I am 
authorized to use right now for a radio.  The other thin that bothers me 
is the 50watts for VHF power coming out of of the work radio feeding 
back in to the Ha radio.  What can I do there?
