[Antennas] grid dip meter

I usually use MFJ 259 for tuning traps in the following manner. I make a
coil (6-10 turns 2 inch in diameter, depends on the band) and connect it to
MFJ. Then put trap in question near the measuring coil and use MFJ as dip
meter. The resonance is pretty well pronounced. Before I got this MFJ I did
similar thing using my transceiver, dummy load and needle VAM.
