[Antennas] Recommendation for Balanced .5-150w ATU needed

I would appreciate recommendations, pros and cons
for an ATU, to be used outside, that would:
handle power levels between .5w - 100w
(125-150w to have a safety margin)?

Application will be for a closed and open loop antenna
At this point I'm considering a closed full wavelength 80m loop

I plan to use a trap to open the far mid point of the antenna for 160m
making it a half wavelength open loop for 160m
and close the loop for other frequency's (80m-10m)

I think that means I need it to handle a balanced antenna?

I would be willing to do the weather proofing of the unit, myself,
if need be.
