[Antennas] PRB-1

Whoever stated that he was legal is incorrect.....just wait until the
neighbors and the friendly news media read PRB-1.
Grandfathering is nice but if the tower or antenna has to be taken down
and replaced for any reason including maintenance, it cannot be replaced
with the exact same unit because suddenly it is not allowed under the
'new' rules.
Same deal if a ham bought another ham's home and the tower was included.
The grandfathering does not pass to the new owner and in this case the
new guy gets shafted and has to take it down.
PRB-1 has not been accepted by Oklahoma and a lot of other states so it
doesn't mean anything around here anyway.

I was wondering if in this case, the individual has not signed the
covenants. Sure wish he could of been on the progam. Since they state
he
is legal, he may have some sort of "grandfathered" rights.
