[Antennas] dual-band beam

I have designs for dual-band vhf/uhf/microwave yagis that use a single feedline, with no diplexer at the antenna. The principles behind them were given in two articles in the March/April and September/October issues of QEX in 2004. I also gave a presentation about them at Dayton in 2005, and if anyone wants a copy of this I'd be happy to email it to you...it is a power point presentation.

I have refined the designs considerably, and the first production prototype of a 2m/6m "boxkite" yagi has been giving excellent results at WI1S here in Florida since last summer. I plan to have the 8 element 2m/70cm version available in the Fall. It is on a 3' 6" boom and has a gain of 10 dBi and 15.4 dBi on 144 and 432 MHz, respectively. The gain on 70cm is the same as that of a 15 element K1FO on an 8' boom. Yes, it does obey the laws of physics!

E-mail me if you need more info.
