[Antennas] extended zepp

Need some advice
I put up a double extended zepp on a 60 foot tower and each end is attached
to a 30 foot pole.
Our ground is clay, sand and rock, we are 5000 foot above sea level, no
trees,
I am running appx 135 feet of ladder line.
power levels between 400 and 1000 watts.

I cant get a good swr, on 75m, between 2.5 and 3:1, and not good on the
other bands, but better on 20m.

If I only hook up one lead of the ladder line to the match box (Johnson
kilowatt) I can get a flat match, but RF everywhere.

I changed the length of the ladder line by over 6 feet no change
I changed the length of the zepp by 20 feet on each end, little change.
I am puzzled.
