I have 3  X HyTowers here and they are not heavy at all.  With the bottom 
attached to the pivot assembly, I can walk any of my HyTowers to the upright 
position and insert the final bolts...........SOLO. But, I will admit that it is 
much easier to have a second person. My wife has helped me on several occasions 
and admittedly, it was nice to have that little extra push..........
