I have no idea what the actual weight is but when mine was delivered (some 25 years ago) four people picked it up and carried it to the installation site. When the base was hinged, two people standing on a roof 20 feet high pulling on a rope, and two more pushing from the ground raised it into position. Hope this helps, Merv W2OE
