[Antennas] Modified RS FM Antenna

A few years ago there was guidance in one of the ham radio magazines
for modifying a Rdo Shack FM antenna so that it became a 2-meter beam.
Anyone have that info, or can aim me in the right direction?  I have a 
couple
of the RS antennas here, and I would like to use them as a training gimick
in our local club.  The idea being that the students understand the 
theory of
why some of the elements are resized and respaced,  and observe the
results of their drilling and snipping.
