[Antennas] 40-30m invee "fan"

I built a 40-30m dipole in the "fan" (parallel dipole)

configuration. It was 43' off the ground.  40 meters

worked fine.  Spent days trying to trim the 30 meter

segment and finally gave up.

The 40-30 meter "fan" worked better on 30 (through a

tuner) than a 40m dipole operated on 30 thru a tuner.

I replaced the "fan" with a homebrew trap dipole.

Some things to try:

1.  Use 4 guys and have the N-S guys on 40 and the 

E-W guys on 30.  coupling will be lessened but you 

will still have some impedance "issues" unless you 

can install a relay to switch between the pair.

2.  Use a trap configuration for the invee-guy legs.

3.  Slopers for the guys.
