[Antennas] Butternut HF5V-III

HI Guy's, I picked up a older Butternut Vertical,Model HF5V-III,  It seams to have a grey Coating at all the connections of the aluminum pipe.
I am not sure if this was used so that the aluminum does not stick to it self. I have heard of this stuff but never used it,
I do have Anti-Seize and Copper Coat that i thought maybe i could coat all the end's as i put it back to gether.

Also it say to use a Specific leagnth of 75 ohm coax at the base but it does not give a length, Also would that be calculated to 80 meters times its Velocity Factor for impedance matching.

I king of know whats going on but just need a little help here. Have not built a 75ohm matching section yet.
