Several manufacturers currently make such gadgets.  The Ten-Tec model 
has been mentioned. However, if you open almost any amateur Mag- World 
Radio- QST-CQ- and scan the last 30-40 pages, you will find illustrated 
ads for them. They are available LOTS of places.
