Funny you should ask as while I was perusing the TenTec website this
morning (still dreaming of an Orion or Orion II), I found something
similar to what you're looking for.  Go here:

Scroll down to the middle of the page and take a look at the "Acro-Bat"
antenna hanger.  Don't know if it's completely water-proof, but it looks
like it does the rest.  And not too bad at $10 each.

Hi all,

When I was in the Air Force ('62-'82) we often used what we called a 
"Cobrahead" to make HF dipole antennas.  They were nice in that they 
provided a center hanger support for the dipole as well as gripping the 
RG-8 Coax and made a weather tight connection seal.
