[Antennas] 160mtrs on small lot

You have a larger space than I.

I was going to broach this after I did a bit of studying, but now seems OK

I have 2 large coils made awhile back for me to use on 160. They are about 150
turns on 2in dia plastic about 12in long.

My plan tall wooden pole, 10ft from base attach 1 coil vertically then a wire
horizontally, go up 10ft with 2or so parallel wires to a centre point, up 10 ft with 2 or
so wires, place other coil vertically then an other horizontal wire. From the centre
point run two parallel wires for a balance feedline for about 10ft to the house and a
coil. Tap the coil at various places, put the centre tap to ground and the shield of
coax, the centre of the coax to a tap on the coil. The coax then goes through the
wall to the tuner and rig. I think that I would have a shortened loaded vertical
dipole. By varying the tap for the centre of the coax I should be able to tune 160,
80 and maybe 40.

What thinkest thou?
