[Antennas] 160mtrs on small lot

This is going to be an almost impossible to fill request....

Just got a IC-735 that has 160.....now need an antenna.....

Live on a rather small city lot, limited to 55 feet from ground to antenna tip, must be within 
set backs.....makes usable area about 100 feet by 70 feet with other antennas all ready 
up.....

Also, soil is heavy clay....very hard to get good RF ground and very, extremely limited on 
area to run radials....

Any ideas on an antenna that will work OK on 160 and be almost ground independent...not 
looking for a fantastic DX antenna...just want to get on 160 and be able to work a good 
chunk of the US....

I know...I am asking for a Caddy on a Yugo budget........
