i've got a h/brew 1/4 wave vertical gnd mounted. made from surplus yagi elements. 6 radials. swr is 1.1:1. used mfj to cut it to size. fed directly with 50 ohm coax. put it up in nov. es i'm up to 78 countries just running 75-80w out according to the wattmeter. sometimes simpler is better. k9il
