[Antennas] nye viking MB-V-a question

I just got a nye viking tuner...I don't have a manual as yet.
But can someone give me an idea as to a starting point?
ant is a inverted L for 160.

which capacitor button should I start at?
what would be a good point for the coil and the tuning cap?
