[Antennas] BPL

Hello Antennas,

I asked my local power co-op about BPL this spring and they said that
they wouldn't be testing BPL. I told them I was against it.
Out here, even if they had repeaters every 1/2 mile, that wouldn't
equate to even one household per repeater.
