Here's an email I got from my director, Jay Bellows:

There was no mention of BPL in the speech he gave to the AARP. The
source of the original
message indicated he may have misheard. It doesn?t appear that the
speech differed from the
prepared text. There as no mention of BPL just the reference to the
Broadband Revolution. In
any event its being checked out.
