I managed to obtain a copy of the Fifth Edition, that a local college was turfing.
It goes by chapter then page number, so there are many page number 64 65 71, ie
one for each chapter almost.
Good book, but not too good reader at this end. Been working on that one plus
Radio Engineering Handbook Fifth edition, same source.

Actually, the chart extends on to Page 71 ! :)
That book is, IMHO, a technical Bible (even though the Fourth Edition,
First Printing I have is dated 1956, RF never goes out of date :)
