Noise:  Id recommend  the Clearspeech  speaker with built in DSP ( $169 new)  
Its advertised in QST.  The best noise reduction device Ive used!!  ....and I 
use it continuously  in my mobile to reduce various noise by 3-5 S units.  
Its a gem.

ANTS:  I assume you have a fiberglas hull and deck.  Id go with an inverted V 
cut for  40 20 or 17M....you could feed it with one coax and  run 2 antennas 
from the center conductor,   supported by your mast.  Youd be amazed at your 
signal over salt water.  

Corrosion will be challenging  so change it periodically...maybe once ever\y 
year or two...the whole thing.
