[Antennas] Tiger Tail

It's not much more than a piece of wire (about 1/4wl long) with a ring
terminal on one end to put between the radio and the antenna.

I've made a pair for some 2W Moto GMRS HTs (sport 10) and there was a little
noticeable improvement - but very little. The MOT radios, with a body about
8" long, did have a ground trace on the circumference of the circuit card
and that may already help act as a form of counterpoise.

That said, something similar might work well on the very small HTs - those
that are only 3-4" long might benefit from a (better) counterpoise.. maybe,
if you notice, your mileage may vary.

This is one of those things that may not help, but probably does not hurt,
to try.
