[Antennas] 17 mtr query

If all you want is a 17mtr DX vertical, make it a 1/4wl vertical and
bring the radials down at a 45 deg angle if possible.
That makes it a 50ohm match and you're done. The 1/2wl and 5/8wl
verticals wont give you the "gain" they all claim..
