[Antennas] anyone have experience with the HyGain DIS-71?

Hi All,

In the "real world" one will seldom notice "significant" directivity for
a fixed dipole operated on its fundamental frequency for the low Bands. 
If one wishes to go to the trouble of rotating a dipole then go that
extra "mile" and put up a Beam.  A simple "Bob Tail" Curtain antenna
makes a great Fixed Beam also-try it you will like it!
