[Antennas] Identity of Hy-Gain Tribander

It sounds like a TH-2 or TH-3, and is still made by Hy-Gain in MS.
Check www.hy-Gain.com/manuals.php and check the TH-2, TH-3 etc. models.
(You did not mention 3 of elements.)
