[Antennas] Identity of Hy-Gain Tribander

Hi,

I need some help identifying a Hy-Gain Tribander given to me.  The man 
who gave it to me said it was at least 15-20 years old, possibly older.

Specs:
14 ft. boom
10M trap labeled "10m-assy-878742"
15m trap labeled "15m-assy-878694"
2-46" tubes along boom,  beta match?
Black Box balanced input labeled Hy-Gain Elec. Corp., Lincoln, Neb.
Box approx. 5" X 2" X 2"
Longest element approx. 26'

I'm pretty sure it's a discontinued model.
