[Antennas] Help please !!

My statement still stands!  If you try to restrict one group in
preference to another, it will be ruled as "Unconstitutional" by todays
courts.  They are doing it daily.  As I said it was done in Federal Court
yesterday in reference to the "National No-Call List"!
