[Antennas] Guyed Horizontal Loop

There is a local ham that is designing a horizontal loop in a Delta
configuration that he intends to suspend from the guy wires on his tower.
His intent is to design a fullwave loop on the lowest frequency that he can
for the room that he has. His tower is just less than 100'. I believe his
has determined that he can suspend one for 80 meters, but I cannot state
that for a fact ... CRS???
After determining if this works well he has discussed going above that loop
and designing the next lowest fullwave and so on to the top of the tower -
now this scenario present what I believe is a completely different set of
circumstances, but I am not a Guru of the Radial Arts as many of you are ...
My question for the group is:
Given the fact that he intends to suspend this loop directly from the guys
with only insulators separating it from the guys and the tower being smack
in the middle of it all, what effect will the vertical guys and tower have
on the pattern?
I understand the whole concept of if it radiates try it, because something
is better than nothing, but is this a workable design and if so what are
it's merits?
Can someone model this and present data in relation to it?
Thanks in advance
