Hi Harvey,
Sorry I don't have a '32 callbook but do have the U. S. Department of
Commerce, Radio Division callbook of June 30, 1931 (14 months before I was born!).
I'm sorry to say that W9CLT wasn't there. The 9 call area calls were W9CLR,
W9CLS, (skip T) and W9CLU and so on. Too bad the OT didn't make it into this
addition! By the way, they list the calls alphabetically and then follow with
that with them listed by state and city within the state. Kind of a neat old
book. Also, the fellows running mobile (and I think portable) stations had
separate callsigns for those stations! (Took another look at the W9CL* list and
the only ones not assigned were B, E, G, I and T.)
