Thanks to everyone that responded to my dipole question with good answers.

I did mis-spoke when I said the dipoles would be 180 degrees from each
other. I should have said 90 degrees. thanks for the correction. Sorry.

Maybe it's me but I don't seem to be getting the results on 75 meters with
the 260 foot flat top fed with open wire on 75 that I use to get with a 75
meter dipole fed with coax. That was the reason for the antenna experiment.
I have the space and trees to support more antennas so I figured to have at
it.

I guess the best antenna would be a full wave loop.
