ldl- I'm planning to install a 160M ground fed Inverted-L - up
ldl- to about 40' then over with #12 wire.
ldl-
ldl- I've understand 129' total is good for a 1/4-wave and it
ldl- can be direct feed from RG-8.
ldl- Lately I've heard some people are using a 3/8-wave
ldl- Inverted-L. Is there much advantage to a 3/8-wave? Is
ldl- there special feed point tuning required? What is a good
ldl- overall length to start at for 1875KHz?
ldl-
ldl- Yes, ground radials are in place and there is about 125'
ldl- to the other support.
