Gentlemen,

It is easy to criticize others for asking questions that seem
trivial to you, I wonder what others before you thought of
the questions you ask when you were new Amateurs. Notice
the word "Amateur", nowhere on your license does it say
professional, just Amateur. 

It would seem to me that if you would use the same energy
to help these people rather than to criticize them, it would be time and
energy well spent. I have not looked, but one would have to think
the way some of you treat your fellow Amateurs, that an A1-Op award 
is not in your future.
