I currently use a multi-band dipole for 80 - 10 meters.They are parallel off
the 80 meter wire.
I used strips of thin Lexan to act as separators for the elements and
stranded wire for flexibility.
all fed from a single so-249 connector mounted on a 2"X10" piece of lexan.
It survived Hurricane Opal and George, with only minor twisting.
Be patient when tuning the individual bands! Start on 80 an work down to 10
, keeping an
eye on the ones previously tuned. HINT....Leave all bands a little long
until you have tuned
all the bands, then come back and tweak each one for exact freq.......
Have fun....John - KE4HIE
