[Antennas] Some thoughts on baluns

You only need to call the FCC to get a new certificate.  There is even a
company that will do the search for you, for a fee, if you can't remember
exactly when you held your old Novice license, way back when!  That's all
you need to prove that you are eligible for upgrades now.  Even your name
and old call sign in an old call book is sufficient!
