[Antennas] Question

Good morning,
  I have a piece of property that has two telephone poles on it 35' high over 
sandy soil here in central Florida.  The poles are oriented north to south.  
I was thinking of putting up a Double Bazooka or a Folded dipole up.  When 
drilling my well the limestone or hard pack was not encountered until about 
75' with the water table coming in at 110'.  My question, is there a more 
efficient antenna set up that I can use or will I get a good radiation from 
either of the two above antennas.  I am ordering some modeling software today 
but was just checking in for opinions.
