So, you have a lot of time on your hands, right?

1) Remove the outer braid in whatever way.

2) Strip a 1/2 inch of dielectric from the inner conductor.

3) Cut thru the dialectric every 6 inches.

4) Fashion a thin (.020-.030 inch) sheetmetal with a cut in it to
accomodate the inner
     conductor diameter.

5) Connect your battery charger to the fashioned sheetmetal and to the 1/2
inch
     stripped inner conductor.

6) Slip the slotted sheetmetal onto the conductor at the first slice thru
the dialectric in
such a way that it makes good electrical connection to the inner
conductor.

7) Turn on the battery charger for a short time.
	(This may require some experimentation)

8) Turn the battery charger off.

9) Remove the battery charger lead from the 1/2 inch end of the inner
conductor.

10) In any number of ways strip the dialectric (which is softened near the
inner
conductor) off from the inner conductor.

11) Cut the inner conductor 1/2 inch from the end of the next 6 inches of
the dialectric.

12) Repeat steps 5 thru 11 until you have eligantly stripped all of the
dialectric sections
       from the inner conductor.
