[Antennas] moxon info please

I am thinking about building a couple of moxons for 2m and 70 cm
horizontal polarization for ssb/cw.

I have two questions.

1.  Should a tv type rotor be able to turn them stacked?

2.  Could someone please give a physical description of this antenna?  I
have looked on cebik's site, but figures are frequently referred to.  I am
totally blind, so can't use them.

Thanks for any help.  Web sites, or books not relying on pics welcome.
