I agree - it sounds like a Hy-Gain 14AVQ (n.b., I have one and like it
for a lot of purposes; easy to set up and take down for portable use, you
can set it up attached to a chain link fence, etc.)  Hy-Gain is owned now
by MFJ.  Try www.MFJenterprises.com.
