[Antennas] need help with HF mobile mag mount

I concur with W1CGs comments....the Hustlers work fine. Ive used mine for 
over 15 years.  The  40M resonator will   have a narrower bandwidth unless 
you choose the high power resonator which can give you 90-100 khz under 2:1.  
Not bad.

I also used the  little metal triangle to mount 3 resonators  and got great 
results...altho the interaction made retuning necessary, and also degraded 
the 40M bandwidth somewhat.  Probably not a problem on the bands above 40M 
tho.

I havent seen any performance differences betwen the  Hustlers and my Perth 
Outbacker...both give me 200-250 mobile DX qsos ( on 10-40m) during the  ARRL 
WW DX TEST in March while driving to  Myrtle Beach.  Its amazing what you can 
do.  Franz Josef Land,  VK6 on 40M ssb no   less,

PS Hamsticks sure are popular but   not as efficient as  other antennas...due 
to lighter construction.  Not very noticeable on the higher frequencies  but  
lower efficiency nonetheless, especially on 40, acording to several technical 
reviews I have read.  Never used one tho/
