 Voltage and current wouldn't be the problem.  Your
dipole doesn't seem to be resonant anywhere so using
Rg174 would be on high SWR conditions.  The losses are
exhorbitant with this coax at high SWR.
(I've been told that designers use 100' RG174 at 1 gHz
as a dummy load).

 So, stay with the very loss 300 ohm ladder line.
