Thanks to All who submitted responses to me concerning my dilemma.

After reading everyones responses and careful consideration i have decided
to relocate my system. I do not want to infringe upon my neighbors rights,
even though he may agree to it, i feel in the best interest of myself and my
neighbor that relocation is necessary.

The only thing i have lost at this point is a 3 foot cube hole. No concrete
has been poured and no 10 foot section of rg-25g has been wasted. Count my
blessings!!

So it is off to dig again and believe me it is pretty much solid rock. But
it is the peace of mind i will have knowing i have placed my beam accordling
within the limitations of the law.

I wish to thank ALL who sent me feedback on this subject. Without your help
i would probaly be still entertaining this subject.
