I know that in Cedar Rapids, all towers must be registered with a drawing
showing that the tower will not fall across property lines. This after a
500 ft. communications tower there blew down in a wind-storm and fell on the
trampoline factory next door. Two production workers died and severl others
were injured as I recall.
