You'd get some very funny patterns!!
One configuration would be broadside another would be endfire at 90
degrees to the broadside and your guess is as good as mine for all other
configurations.
Very interesting problem is that the 'antenna spacing' would not be
constant in each direction. Hmmm ? How would a director from beam #1
interact with the reflector from beam #2 in an endfire array?
